Google Announces New Nexus Phone, Nexus 10 Tablet, Jelly Bean Update

Google's New York event didn't happen Monday as planned. But the product announcements still happened, with Google introducing a new Nexus 4 smartphone and Nexus 10 tablet, and updates to the Nexus 7 and Jelly Bean operating system.
