It looks like displays on future Android phones are about to get a whole lot more resistant to scratches. Corning announced today that it is working on a new type of glass for screens that is almost as scratch-resistant as sapphire displays (such as that on the Kyocera Brigadier, pictured above), while retaining the durability of its Gorilla Glass.
